The format of keeping these two forums as main level forums makes sense given the activity of both, we just need to figure out why the subscriptions are reacting as they are. I am not able to replicate on my computer which makes a little tougher to troubleshoot. I did however change the structure which should help the subscription and how it's showing issues for now.

Please let me know if we continue having problems.
Interesting Nathan and a step in the right direction. Now as showen above the forum subscription selection has M.A.A.C as the main topic name and both Patterns stay in M.A.A.C when I display my forums. Now if we can get the M.A.A.C heading changed to Pattern Universe we should be good.

Is there any news to report on the troubleshooting? It appears the problems are in the database on the RCU side. I tried another computer with a fresh install of Windows 7, and a clean browser installation. Same results. Indicates to me that the issues aren't with the cache or cookies on my end. Thanks.

Steve,

I sent Nathan a message a number of days ago but he has not read it yet. Everything seems to be working fine except the forum subscription feature.

Does everyone see a “poll” button at the top of the forum page?

Well I have two desktops and a Laptop and I am still having the same problem on all three. I deleted cookies, even went to the extent of deleting all of My Forums and recreating them with the same result.

Would be nice if nathan gave us an update.

I do not see a pole button as you suggest.

As of the 15th the forum subscription is working fine for me. Just no “poll” button but that is working for others. All I did on the 15th is select "Pattern Universe - RC Pattern Flying" and “submit” and it started working.

Mike,

Is this the button you ask for? "New poll"
I only see it in RC Pattern Flying.
Maybe it is only there after a poll is started, but how??

Thanks Mike (8178),

I had not checked the subcriptions page since I posted that I did not have Pattern Universe thread.

I presumed that it would just charge without my intervention.

A note to all, as Mike explained, you will need to select Pattern Universe, on the subscriptions page, for it to appear and make the correctionn.
