Default Help CX2 problem

Today I went to turn on my CX2 and the 3-in-1 blink red and green, I followed the manual and try to bind the unit again, however, even during the binding process the orange light stays blinking and the 3-in-1 light just blinks reb and green. Any help would be great? It fried?

Thanks,
John

Are you using the stock Tx that came with your CX2? Please explain how you are trying to re-bind. Maybe you are doing something wrong. Do you have the bind plug inseted into the BATT port on the AR6100e when you try to bind? List the steps you take and the order.

If you are doing everything correctly and it still will not re-bind, check the batteries in your radio and try again.

Yes all is stock.

I'm installing the bind plug into the Batt of the Ar1600.
Pluging in the battery (fully charged)
blinking orange led and red and green flashing on the 3-in-1.
Turn of the Lp5DSM reciever new batteries 5.9 volts on the unit.

never seems to bind after that?

Never had a problem with the unit for 2 months until today.

Thanks,
john

The CX2 or the new 3-1 doesn't have a crystal like the CX or older 4-1. Its built in.

You are doing the binding process right. Either you have a bad Tx or a bad Rx. If you can't get the two to bind, the 3-in-1 will never arm itself, which is why the front light keeps blinking red and green.

Can you try binding to a different Tx? If it doesn't work, then you can assume that it is the Rx.

Turn the throttle AND throttle trim all the way down and try again. That could very well do it.

Thanks Gary I also tried that one first. []

Is there a way to test the Ar1600 with using the 3-in-1?
