hey boys,

welcome to my thread. Ive been flying my mcpx alot lately. I have it set up really good now. Im just waiting till xtreme productions get all the parts for it and then i will put in an order. Looks like they have new carbon blades as well. The new frame looks good too.

After i master it i wont to go brushless. Im just having fun doing fast circuits around the park. I did get a intellect 240mah 25c 1s lipo for it at the LHS. Its a bit fatter then the hyperions. But i got about 4mins out of it where as my hyperions i only get about 3mins out of them.

We finally got my dads rc boat setup and going really well. It actually has a turnigy DX 70A airplane esc in it. We cut off the cooling jacket from the old esc and heatshrunk it to it. Works really well. The only thing is that it cant find the neutral zone so we have had to pull the trigger full forward with a rubber band. But at least it works.

Dads rc boat hammers now. I was fanging it around when i decided to go around the pilion underneath the bridge and i beached it up on the oysters. I had to go swim for it and it was very cold. Oh well the boat was ok but my manhood suffered a bit. Dad just needs to fix his leaks in his boat and his is good to go. My boat needs a bit of work to get it going well but this weekend we should get it sorted.

Im hoping my rarebear arrives anyday soon now. I cant wait. I think it will get a paint job first of all.

I think i will get a 35-36 1400kv motor for the hyperion snyper and then put the 35-30 1100kv motor back into my extra 260. The extra 260 was stupidly fast with the 1700kv motor in it. I will have the rare bear soon and i have the parkjet for speed.

Anyways thanks for your support guys and happy flying.

Maybe you can just copy and paste this into the other thread, lols.

yeah im so over him. Get him banned

I just came home from work after a half day and realised i have some washing here to be done. Its too windy for a fly right now anyways. Hopefully right on dusk i can take my mcpx out for a blurt. I love this little thing now. I have tried a few loops and rolls but every time it ends up into the dirt.

Anyways have fun boys

get the other lads in here

yeah thats great meebo but the scumbag has prolly followed us into here. Remember he has no life. Anyways im a huge believer in karma so he will get his again soon.

Just found out i have the day off so i will be going for a fly in the morning. Not sure what planes i will take but i sure know ill be taking the mcpx. I have like 10 or so lipos for it now. I can also use up my 160mah lipos in parallel with the cable i have here. I just need a better way to mount two 160mah hyps.

I have my mcpx dialed in so well now. I dont even want to do all the fancy inverted stuff yet. Im just having so much fun wizzing it around the park doing fast circuits above my head (trying not to take my head off).

Ive been trying to get the mcpx in pheonix flying as well as my one in real life.

Meebz whats the simplest way to go brushless with this little thing? I know you posted it before but are we all waiting for this new frame so we can fit bigger motors on it.

I guess we are the three muskateers in here. At least i know who really cares.

I haven't done the brushless mod yet, I have all the parts here except the frame. I COULD mod the stock frame but I think I'll wait and get the RKH frame then do the mod, the RKH frame has been designed to accept multiple motors so it's the easiest choice just not the cheapest one

My mCP is down at the mo with a broken main shaft, I have a spare but I'm not going to fix it until I've finished these two HUGE assignments due next week, same goes for the hawk and the 120SR. The hawk just needs a bit of glue and the 120SR needs the new 5 in 1 and other bits installed but I'm waiting to fix these too as I don't want to divert my attention from my Uni work.

Kinda suck but hey .... we gotta roll with the punches and Uni is more important

good boy meebo.

it will pay off soon mate

do you know if the xtreme production frame will accept multiple motors as well?

oh well i guess ill look into it when i get sick of doing fast circuits around the park.

I think the end of September all of the xtreme productions parts come out. They have some carbon blades that look interesting. Might give a more crisp flight.

Meebo have you seen the guys fitting the brushless mods are starting to use a sr120 tail boom and motor on them. But i think there using pretty large 1s lipos.

Anyways im still having fun with mine. Its all good.

Not sure about the Xtreme frame mate, lotta opinions goin round that the Xtreme and MH frames will be too heavy, noone really knows yet as they aren't released but the RKH frame is tried and tested with spare parts that will be available which is a first so that's a big point to RKH.

I'd be careful with things like the carbon blades too, not exactly as tough as stock blades and dear as poison but as long as you don't crash into solid objects you should be right. There's some mixed reviews from people using the KBDD blades which are cheaper than stock, most people say they're flippin awesome and a small amount reckon they're crap.

The 120SR is a good option for brushless but it's too heavy, there are some good reviews coming outta other more size appropriate tail motors like the Bravo SX and 4G3 motor with the 4G3 being the best so far, I've got some time up my sleeve till my brushless so I'm going to see what comes of it but for now the 4G3 motor is the bees knees.

Anywhos that's my wrap up

People like Ember Bender make it REALLY REALLY hard to keep composed, the guy is a looney tune and just gets under your skin with every word he speaks.

I already had an issue with they guy because of the outcome with Stalyoni which it totally BS and unfair and the dude comes at me through PM's for making a comment on the for sale thread and just goes ballistic at me, personal attacks, name calling, provocation, bringing up that I'm the cause of the original thread being closed when it was his insistent barrage of ridiculous and stupid posts, it all started with him and everyone was diggin at him. That's why the thread closed.

At the moment he's sittin pretty whilst Stal is banished, anyone who knows Stal, knows that PM was out of character and was provoked to the point of cracking. One lapse of judgement and he's gone, not fair man considering the circumstances.

yeah thanks so much jaskel, i really appreciate it.

Well said meebo. What i said in the return PM was fairly nasty but i was prevoked and i snapped. I still dont think its fair that i cop the ban and he sits pretty.

Oh well hes one idiot in this whole world. Im not gonna let him ruin my fun.

I should have some rc fun in the morning.

That's the spirit, Stal

Get back on that horse.

Why let one idiot ruin the thing you love doing and lose the mates you have made along the way.

Forget about him and we'll all move on and enjoy our passion doing what we do best - flying RC

Whats going on with hobbyking and there postage times. It seems it takes more then a month to get something from them now.

Oh well as long as my rare bear arrives safely. I cant wait to fly this little pocket rocket.
