In case anyone was wondering...Jeff's #2 Lightning still looks as good as ever and flys the Masters pattern with ease.

Sent an email for the plans and hope to order the kit soon. I'm slow and not a very seasoned builder, but it's going to be pretty awesome to have a 2m plane again when I finish (someday)

P.S. The lightning is a beautiful plane, I hope I get to see yours in person one day Jeff.

The Thunderbolt will be available in the future. I have to make a few corrections to the plans I discovered during the build.

I had the pleasure of flying against Mr.Carder and his beautiful planes at the 2018 Nats. Pictures cannot show the high level of detail put into these planes by Jeff! You are a true craftsman with amazing skill! It was a pleasure slumming with you on the Masters flight line all week, and finishing 8 points behind you...

Thank you Chuck! I had a blast flying with you all week. I knew from the first flight I watched you put up that we were going to have a battle. The 2018 Nats Masters competition is one I will remember for a long time. Can’t wait to do it again!

Ted,

The Thunderbolt kit is currently on hold. I am going through a job change that is taking up most of my free time. I am looking for a good laser cutting service to do the Thunderbolt kits.
