I am not new to gas engines having flown for years with Zenoah G-62's and other magneto engines. I purchased a new Brillelli 26 with C.H. ignition 3 years ago and flew it without problems until I sold the plane it was in. Now I have it in another plane with basically the same setup. I am using a Spectrum DX 7 2.4 radio and all servo's are new Hitec 645's. All electronics work fine until I start the engine, and then all servos are affected with interfence. I am not using any chokes, the batteries are charged, and all servo's and batteries are at least 10-11 inches from the ign. module. I'm at a loss as to what else I may be missing. I have called C.H., but I simply get a recording. Horizon suggested each servo to see what that does.....(?) Any thoughts/suggestions/ideas, etc would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ..............

My Feedback: (1)
Using the correct spark plug? Should it have a resistor plug and does not? Brillelli used CH ignitions for awhile and later switched to RC Exl. Know what you engine and ignition requires for spark plugs and verify that the plug cap is correctly attached. If your ignition has a separate ground wire, try another ground location. The top cylinder fin usually works the best.

Thanks for the replies Jim & T.O.M: I did think about the plug cap being on correctly, as I did remove and replace it when I changed planes to check the plug. It is snug to the plug itself without wobble for a lack of a better word. The plug is what came from from Brillelli and has 33 flights on it. It's a NGK-CM6. When I get a moment I'll check the cap fitting again. The only other wire is where Scott installed it and it goes to the module. I think it's sensor of some sort. Scott does say in his directions that this may have a McDanial lock cap on the plug wire, but I can't get it ot lock when I installed it. It only twists. Again, thanks for any help in this matter.......John
