Here are some shots this is 0 throttle

Not sure if I'm working it correctly (not sure how far to slide the pitch gauge down the blade, but at 0 it reads -10 and at full it reads 5. Let me know if I can get any other pictures to help. Thanks again for the help.

Yeah... I know -10 is way off, but I can't figure out why it's so "off". Before I adjusted the grip linkages, I wanted to get other's feedback to make sure I don't have something upside down or installed incorrectly. I swapped out the swashplate and installed new servos, gyro and esc... I just don't see where I messed up on the blades.

PapaST it looks right, but you have way too much negative pitch at 0% throttle. It could be slightly different dimensions of the servos and/or CNC swash.
Here's what I would do. Disconnect the motor wires at least to the main, but preferably both. Turn on the Tx and go to Idle-Up. Put the throttle to 50% (mid-stick). At this point the pitch should be exactly 0ΒΊ. If not then it's time to start adjusting. I'd try screwing down the servo linkage links first. That should do it I hope. If you need more positive pitch to get to 0ΒΊ then you may have to go to the pitch links. If you do this just remember to turn off Idle-Up.

Thanks Heliko. I'll give that I try. You might have something there with the CNC swash. I've always looked at it and felt like it sat too high. But then again, if it couldn't be because if the servos are at 90 and the linkages are the right lengths then the swash should be sitting at the precisely correct position... hmmm unless the swash calls for a shorter linkage. I'll look at that too. I just don't think I can crank down my blade grip linkages, they look pretty cranked down as it is. Well at least I have some stuff to try now. Thanks.

I'm having the same problem...full throttle, no flight.
I crashed yesterday (not terribly hard) and broke the tail motor mount and both grips. I replaced the parts, making sure the grips are installed correctly (ball to trailing edge) and now I do not get flight, even at full throttle. Could the impact have thrown off all off the servo links? Doubtful.
Any other ideas?
Also, wouldn't you lengthen the pitch links to get more pitch?

Sorry about the crash-- PITA. Yes, you lengthen servo links and pitch links for higher pitch. As for not flying, it's the same process-- disconnect the motor and check the pitch range and center, and make sure the mains are getting up to speed.
