mines on an old lazy suzan so i can turn the truck around easy and a pipe cutter is the least sweaty way to make the cuts and its super acurate and no burrs like with a saw

what i like abouty these home built stands is, you can flip the truck over and work on the bottom side without working about damaging the top side.

Got a PM from stinkydroid asking if I could repost the plans. I've changed servers etc... so the photo links don't work from back in 2007 when I started this post... and I guess you can't edit your post when it's really old. So here is the photo with the plans again.

Sorry guys... sold all my nitro stuff and monster trucks... turned to racing Short Course trucks now....... but why not help out my Savage friends!!!

This stand was only used on Nitro Savage... no idea if it will fit a Flux... but I'm sure you can mod it to work.

Built mine yesterday, thanks for the dimensions! I opted to skip the endcaps and pipe insulation.

it would fit... little issue on the battery box though...
