Join the club. Ordered on Sat, expected shipment on Monday or Tuesday. Was told my order will ship tomorrow. Yours likely will, too. Let's hope, at least. You can contact them through live chat on their home page, but they're probably gone by now. Even if you did get through, they'll just tell you that once it ships they'll send you the tracking information "ASAP." Good luck. I hope both of our orders turn out favorably.

Took your advise and tried live chat. Told me exactly the same as you. This was first time I got thru on a live chat line that wasn't trying to sell me something.

We'll get our orders. It's just a matter of when. The gentleman who takes care of customer service in this sub-forum seems to be very good, so I wouldn't be too worried.

I think they just got swamped with a lot of orders. I ordered Sat. & got confermation Sun. & tracking # Mon. by noon. Checked UPS tracking & should get the plane Fri. I guess that is quick enough. I think maybe we all should be patient , it sounds like everything is working out. I've been watching this thread for awhile & it seems like John does a heck of a job. I've seen him take an awful lot of abuse & obvious somebody trying to get something for nothing. I think he might be the only one there that can speak English or really cares about customer service.

Heck with the low prices they had on black friday, I bet they got hundreds of orders to fill and not enough staff to fill them all quickly. I ordered a vortex 32 on saturday, not sure if it shipped yet but I am not in a rush. Now if I would have bought a RTF model, I would have been in a rush

I didn't make it clear. Sorry, if you have follwed this thread for a while. I sure didn't mean you guys. There was a guy that was raiseing mortal h*&* with John. Calling him a crook & everthing else he could think of. His problem as best I can remember was; after his 3rd fight the plane crashed & destroyed everything ( motor bateverything & demanded a new plane, motor & everything else) John tried to explain that after 3 flightsyou know..you're kinda on your own. The "customer" just kept it up, on & on &on. Finally John told him he would replace his stuff if he would send it in. Then the guy started saying that he didn't have all the stuff. But still wanted it all replaced. Several other guys on the thread "it did draw a crowd" got after the guy & told him to back off that he was being very unreasonable. I never did hear what happened as I got tired of all the crap the guy was putting out.

My two Black Friday orders from NP arrived this morning. Thank you NP. Items arrived in perfect condition. What bargains, too. A twin ducted fan A-10 for $66 bucks and a Esky RTF heli for $67 bucks.

My Black Friday order isn't going so well. When I ordered the plane It showed in stock. I ordered it and got the email telling me thanks and then got a tracking #. This was all done by Saturday. I've been checking the UPS tracking and it has never shown that they have the package. I got on the live chat with nitro models and spoke to Mary and was told that she was sorry about the delay and she was checking to see if it was still in the warehouse. She came back and told me it had been picked up by UPS and would be able to be tracked soon. So I tried to track it today and its still not showing to be in the UPS system. I got back on the live chat and this time I talked to Amy and she tells me that the plane is on back order and its going to be 4 to 5 weeks. I asked why I was told that it was sent out yesterday and she didn't know but it is for sure on back order. It showed in stock when I paid for it but now I'm being told it is in back order. I think I got screwed and my plane went out and I stuck waiting on the back orders. I'm not sure I going to wait for the new shipment. Maybe JOHN from nitro planes can tell me what happened.

Im getting nervous on my plane,was shipped friday. UPS has a shipping weight of 1lbs, seems light for a 82 in AT6 Texan. Hope they put the plane in the box[]

Mine says 1lb as well. I wouldn't worry about it. In college part of my job was to ship out various things. When making up the labels for shipment on the UPS site, I would approximate the weight of the package. The idea was that UPS re-weighs the package and charges the shipper accordingly.

All my tracking also said the weight was 1 lb. Weird, but they eventually showed "on truck for delivery" and the same day I got them.
