Default INCORRECT ITEM!!!

ON 12/4/08 i had made a purchase using paypal for the 2.4 BLUERAY 450 PE HELI that is supposed to have ALL CNC aluminum upgrades and carbon fiber blades-RTF. the cost was 329.95 + s&h at 13.57 making my total to 343.52.
HOWEVER the heli i got is just the standard issue with ALL plastic parts and wooden blades[:@]
After contacting the "LIVE "help an email i was informed that i am responsible for s&h costs even though this was CLEARLY an error on NITROPLANES part?????
I WAS SENT THE INCORRECT KIT=period.
This was supposed to be a Cmas gift for someone and i am greatly dissapointed in my purchase experience here,and i have made a Many online purchases throughout the years...i'm no newbie another words!
To add i never got the invoice bill of sale with my order but i do KNOW this heli is 249.95 and i REFUSE to pay for something i did not order!!

I don't want to invite a lawsuit here but there have been numerous post right here about the company you bought your heli from by several different members. A couple of months ago I was bidding on an item and transaction started to smell real bad as it relates to the seller. So I quit bidding and called Pay Pal. The lady I spoke with assured me that if I were to file a claim for non-receipt of the merchandise I would be reimbursed for my TOTAL transaction cost including shipping and handling. Now, that was the stated case for an item purchsed on eBay and paid with Pay Pal. Maybe this doesn't apply if you bought from the company directly and paid with Pay Pal.

Just FYI. It sounds like you might make out better just eating the shipping. Bad situation to be in with Xmas only 14 days away. Maybe you could just present a card with a picture of the gift and explain what happed. Might get you by until you can sort this out. Good luck.

Sigh... Disregard the people on the phone...

The easiest and quickest way to fix this is to PM John here ( nitrostaff1 ) with this information, then allow a day or two for a response.

Mention that NP sent the wrong item ( clearly their fault ) and John will take care of things for you.

He also may be slower than normal getting back as "tis the season".

NitroStaff1 has evaded another email i had sent and a Pm all while having ACTIVE activity/log in time the last two days!His last log in was 5:22 pm 12/13/08 and i still am waiting for a response here.

You never stated whether or not the blueray PE cnc-all aluminum is in stock or not??
This was supposed to be a gift and i would of thought more compensation would of been offered here..i am highly dissapointed.
Can you not at least offer me a chance to keep what was sent for what i should of been charged for the blueray legend or offer to at least throw in some parts or whatever?The legend goes for 249.95.. i was charged 329.95......can you not credit my paypal 100.00 or so and i at least have the gift to give my nephew??-

I can be most civil here despite my purchase dissapointment on 12/04/08

The heli i originally ordered was to be a gift for a nephew of mine returning from iraq the end of this month.
Any discount towards the price difference of the model i actually received/and/ or extra spare parts would be appreciated.

OP i do tell it the way it is about this company. Not some fairy tales about how John will make it alright. If possible he does if not then what? Your pretty much screwened. Fact is you defend them or have to way to much. Way to much. Look back at most of your posts and your defending them for something or the other. Just tell people up front what they are really in for ordering from Nitro or CMP. You might get what you order and then there is the big chance that you will not. They advertise planes they don't have and take orders for them when they know they are OUT OF STOCK without telling the buyer. People don't buy from John and he is only one person. Every other person you read on here about can't help you and don't care if you do get help. This is the truth and you can't dispute it as you have said so in various posts at various times. How many times can you defend a company for the same thing over and over????????? Anyway never no mind and hope you have a very Merry Christmas as hopefully MT6 will.

I have disscussions with OP every now and then folks but the man knows his stuff. He is very knowledgeable about this company(why i don't know) and is a very knowledgeable plane person. He is willing to help anyone with problems. He has even gotten John to help when the person with the problem could not. So he is trying his
best to help people. MERRY CHRISTMAS OP> Man get them to give you a job or something lol.

As if folks know that the way they are supposed to handle not getting there products as ordered is to Not call the help lines.
Your supposed to already know if your order is wrong the go to RCU and look for NITRO SUPPORT. And supposed to know to send him a PM and be sure to allow
time for his response. If it takes alot longer than a couple days no problem you weren't going to fly this month anyway.
This is the type stuff you think new or even experienced flyers are supposed to magically know. You put Sigh like someone is a DA for calling the help lines that is a shame.

Actually no, on this one I'm in agreement with you... I wish they would staff the help lines with eh, other people... preferably a bit more knowledgeable about RC stuff, and helpful.... more like John.... hence the "sigh"...

But I can deal with this given the low prices of the planes...
