Default Missing Parts On A 50cc Biplane

My name is Robert and I purchased a 50cc Biplane from you a couple of weeks ago. My zipcode is 75070 .The kit was missing the following parts.
It was alot ofwork to get everything together right but it looks awsome. But I really need you to send me these parts so I can complete it.
Thanks in advance.

2 complete linkage kits for ailrons
and
2 complete likage kits for the elevators

Here is a pic of the ailron linkages and I assume the elevator ones look the same

I have attached a pic of what it looks like so far. More pics to come

Hi my name is Bruce, I purchased a 50cc biplane from you and are also missing 2 complete linkage kits for the ailerons, 2 wheel collars for the main landing gear, and on the tailwheel I'm missing 1- steering tiller for rudder and 1-steering tiller for rudder and 2 -steering springs.

Also on the main landing gear the blind nuts in the fusalage are the wrong thread size , I'm going to have to remove and replace them. The aluminum landing gear also had to be drilled out for the axles. Another thing I noticed the front of the fusalge where the engine mounts was not glued well and was loose. I'm going to reglue as much of the plane I can to be safe. I'm also going to replace all the hinges with a better quality robart hinge, they look weak and also going to add a couple in rudder and elevator areas.

The plane itself looks good and you can't beat the price , the plans are really vague, I have built a 50cc sukoi so I can make the changes to make it a better plane, I hope it flys as good as it looks.

John, there should be 4 of the same size, shape for the ailrons .And 2of the same for the elevator. And one through and through for the rudder.

If your pic is all that was in the box then you are missing 4 complete setups for the ailrons.
The top two in your pic are for the elevators and the bottom bag is for the rudder

They should look just like the ones in my pic above and there should be 4.
I only need 2 for the ailrons now. My buddy cut two of his down and gave them to me.

My pics
1. rudder through and through ( should be 1 setup)
2.elevator (should be 2 setups )
3. ailrons ( should be 4 setups )

</p>

I haven't yet. I am going to mix up some opoxy and brush it on most of the inside.

This is the 2nd 50cc plane I built , they kinda skimp on the glueing. On the one I recieved the front engine mount was loose, and the fuel tank compartment. Also I'm replacing all the hinges on the ailerons, rudder and elevator with true robart hinges. The included ones look weak and I have found flaws in the plastic. I use gorilla glue on them it expands in the hole for a great bond, I learned this from Wild hare. It's a great place to get servos and battery packs. I'm adding 2 more to the rudder and 2 more on each side of the elevator. I own a 28% sukohi purchased from wild hare and it has the same size of elevators but has 4 hinges per side. Other than that It's a great plane for the price. Another issue I found with mine is the blind nuts on the main landing gear were the wrong thread size for the supplied bolts. Did you figure out what the 4 square blocks are for? Good luck with your build.

My landing gear was the same way. And I think The blocks are for the cowl if you need them. What engine are you gonna be using. And have you seen this video of the plane in action. It says axar but it is the same plane with a 50cc on it. There is nothing this plane can't do. I can't waite to get mine finished

I have a used zenoah g-62 w/ electronic ignition, or I would put in the DLE 55, how about you? I have to order all the electronics and servos, the best place I found is Wild hare, they have package deals on the servos and I like using the A123 batteries. It's a very nice setup. Did you get your missing parts yet? I would upload some pics but can't figure out this site. It tells me ther uploaded but I can't post them.

I'm sure they have not mailed any parts yet. But think they will if they can find the right parts in one of the other kits. I'm putting my Brison 4.2 on mine. I had it and all the electronics on an older 540T i have.
On posting up pics I just Hit the" click here to upload images and files " at the bottom of this reply box. once you click on a pic. Once the " download is complete" then hit ok. the pic wont show up untill it post up.

How would you say the Brison 4.2 compares to the zenoah 62 or the DLE 55? They say in the manual of the Zenoah the output at 8500rpm spinning a 23x10 What are the specs of the Brison

The 4.2 is a 69cc and swings a 24x10 carbon fiber prop.It has between 30 and 36lbs of thrust .It will be waaay over powered but I already had it so what the heck.

Just reinforcing where the landing gear goes and the engine box. And of course brushing as much of the inside structure that I can with opoxy. I'm thinking of getting some custom decals made also . I've also been thinking of a smoke kit , but I'm not sure yet.Other than that I think this plane will last me for a long time.

Yes that's the one I sent out. Ask me to PM me and I'll ship the missing aileron links to him. Looks like the factory forgot to add 2 set into the box.

Had to knock out the 5 blind nuts on main landing gear, replace with 10-32 nuts, I used the supplied bolts , but woundn't recommend, the thread is off slighlty, Also I used blind nuts for the wing brackets, should work better than the supplied lock nuts, ( 4-40 nuts with socket head bolts)

While working on fusalage the cross brace at the rear by the servo mounts for the elevators, that cross bracket just fell out, ( What the ????) SO REGLUE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN GUYS.
