This is gonna be the brushless Truggy and Brushless 1/8 Buggy I'm gonna do to.
That Robotronic Truggy has to be sweet![8D]
This will be my tag-team RC8 brushless with The Robotronic Truggy Brushless.
The RC8 will have the novak conversion.
The Truggy will have some big Sensorless motor in it.possibly the Nemesis Blue Brushless Motor...lol....[>:]
And I'm buying both RTR brand new and so I wont have to buy servos and radio etc..[&:]
The pipe and engines I'll sell never used to people at the track.

RE: THE LOUNGE 2
It is a good deal...but then, Tower has these bodies for $20. Not bad. I have to buy paint, but I kinda like honing my painting skills.
Ok, so, the last one to consider....dum dum duuuuummm! Lotus!

In a good deal kind of way.. I just didn't expect a Nikon SLR to go for $70!! I'd thought that they are a lot more!

you saying that in a good deal way? or bad deal? It is a old 35mm camera you know.

Sorry LB, they just don't have shells that I really care for right now...HPI sure does though.
RE: THE LOUNGE 2
Hee hee.. just showing my love for Tamiya...
I think you obviously need to go w/ the one you like.. but I will tell you that Tamiya shells are usually done in a way that's a bit more scale.. i.e., they actually go measure the real car and then, use the dimension, to create the mold, etc.
Compare to most other shell companies, where they product a shell that has a shape that's similar to the real car, but in reality, the ratio are off slightly.. (i.e., car that's too low, door too long, wings too big, etc, etc.)
Not important, but just want to point it out.. that's all..
You should see what they do when they create those tanks! They send a team to some museum and literaly measure all the pieces just so they can create all the small features on the shell, etc. It is pretty crazy...

I know, just FYI, that's all.. hee hee..
I mean, we obviously know that it is not scale when it is a 4WD Elise.. so scale / realistic isn't a top priority!!

RE: THE LOUNGE 2
Idle musings (while waiting on some test data to load at work):
1) I think I like the GReddy 350Z better than the Nismo one. For now.
2) I think I like the Murcielago Lambo body better than the Gallardo one. But it's almost a toss up.
3) I still really like the Lotus body. Perhaps more than the others.
4) All in all, who knows if I'll even get another body for the TA05-R? But it sure is fun thinking about it.
