Hi wayne, can you give us a shot of the right side wing bottom and how you put in the elev and rudder servos - I just finshed my wing except for this part and the plans do not show anything about this.

Also, did you do the pull pull per the instructions? I think we woudl all love to see that as well

Thanks.

Heres some pics of the servos. I did it the way the instructions say to as far as the pull pull. It was a little different compared to other Morris planes I have built. Those had the rudder and aileron servos on opposite sides of the fuse. The Sledge has them on the same side.
I talked to Jeff about doing it this way and he said he has never had any problems. So, I did it his way.

rpsmithii, the manual does show in detail the servo/radio installation. You will find that section w/pictures near the end. If you just finished the wing you have not gotten to that point. Just keep following my manual it will lead you correctly. If you or anybody else has construction questions, email me at [email protected] and I will answer them. Thanks Jeff Williams

Cables are routed through the fuse inside tubes. The tubes are installed in the fuse prior to sheeting.
All the hardware for the pull pull is included in this kit and is very good quality.

Default Sledge - Looking GOOD!

Your Sledge is looking real GOOD!!! I am jealous. I thought there for a while that I would have my prototype Ecstasy completed before your Sledge, but alais no such luck. Since I am on the road, its tough to work in my shop when I am there!

By the way, where's Senior? I see you got junior on the tail section of your Sledge. Thats right, Senior must be MR. Futaba - Ha Ha!

Funny thing is,

I will probably put one of my Futaba radios in the Sledge.
The JR graphic was a mis-size on my order for my 29% Edge. Fit perfectly on the Sledge so I figured I'd use it.
Now that its on there I guess I am going to order more graphics to make it match my AW Edge completely.
Its just money right?

All covered now.....

I will install all the equipment tomorrow and fly it Saturday.

I also ordered a set of graphics to match my 29%'er. They should be here next week.
