This thread has gone way beyond the original topic. It has turned into a he said, she said thread with no real context other than all the parties involved pointing fingers at each other. I am locking it down. Thanks Dave

This thread was closed for a couple of days and during that time I hope those who got a bit heated have calmed down. There may or may not be other relevant information that members wish to post here, but as long as posts are made within the rules established by RCU they will be allowed. Posts that are not within those guidelines will be removed.

Play nice.

The Hobby 10 dealer has pulled these from their website and for good reason. DepFife, thanks for your patience and I consider this issue now closed. OMP will be dealing with Hobby 10 and those involved offline. By the way this thread started due to alleged copies of another manufacturer's ARF, not OMP.

Dion, as for your comments you are out of line with regards to my personal or business life and your comments add zero value to this thread. Yes, OMP is generally open and trustworthy to our RC friends and profile brothers. I see nothing wrong with that philosophy. Why would you even bring that up??? You simply were not compatible with that and so left OMP under very negative circumstances. I have no intentions of getting into an open forum debate with you. If you wish to discuss any of this further you know how to contact me.

Hobby-Motory, your post indicates you are different from Daniel however myself and I think everyone is under the impression you are Daniel Kerner. Regardless OMP has no intentions of reproducing the previous Kat versions. We have many other projects in the works and will continously improve.

everyone knows who I am, but you in your "smart" way, once again,
try to point me as a lier.

Like I previously said, you and your associates bash other company products, and person,
seems like this is what you do the best since after you stopped working with TMPro.

I was implying and urging you to explain Tim that COPYING, yes copying the TMPro Katana V2
is a bad idea and you shouldn't do so.
Not sure what kats previous version you talk about, and what reproducing,
you were about to copy, or maybe you allready started to, the TMPro Katana V2 46,
maybe you thought adding a fiberglass tube in the fuselage and then it would be OMP design.

Dion knows many things about OMP, and you in person, its good he bring some light on the true.

Daniel, you are misreading and obviously falling for misinformation. You should be more careful who you listen to. Read my post again regarding the Kats. I have zero interest in the old kats and quite honestly I am more than capable of designing any aircraft on my own without copying another product.

Mike, you should be more carefull who you accusing and in what.
Hobby 10 is not our dealer, we have a dealer list online on TMPro web site,
knowing the guy we would probebly never will make him a dealer.

If I wanted to steal the design and resell it, you can be sure it would be
everywhere world wide and selling everywhere.

you came to this thread accusing me in person, and TMPro
as a manufacturer to steal and redistribute your design, completly false fact !

will forgive you this time, since we are not looking for troubles,
but like I said, you should make sure what the resualts of your actions could be.

I like to fly model airplanes. I particularly like to fly 3D profiles.

The sun is out. I think I'll go do some flying.

It's more fun than bickering

hmm....intresting...
OMP break through to the ARF market was with the TMPro Katana V2, 46 and 70 size..
Mike actually was involved with the finish of the design on the Kat's..

It was the best profile for the all year OMP sold them,
everyone loved them, and it brought OMP to be one of the leaders in the profiles market..

Well, the Katana V2 are the same airplanes they were when OMP used to sell them,
so I wonder why after OMP is no longer selling them they become junk and crap..

Guess you are no more then OMP sponsor or a big fan, and people who read this
or have experience with the TMPro Kat's, understand you are.

TMPro would never steal any design, actually, if OMP would not tell TMPro produced for them
people could never tell who made the Fusions, TMPro respect designs and the people behind it and keep it in secret that much.

Man I can see why there are issues. There is definitely a communication issue. This guy can barely make a legible (motory, look it up it's in the "ENGLISH" dictionary) sentence. So I can understand why AFSalmon would have a hard time understanding anything that this guy writes or says. Maybe there should be an RCU guideline that says only those people that can comminicate in English are allowed to post. Just because you can speak a language and read words in another language doesn't mean you can "COMMUNICATE" in that language. If you understand what I have said then you can comminicate in english. If you don't understand what I have said then "WHO CARES", YOU ARE THE ONES I'M TALKING ABOUT.

Hum, is it just me, or does it seem like Hobby-Motory continues to dodge the question about whether he is in fact Daniel Kerner? In any case, I trust Mike and believe Hobby-Motory is Daniel Kerner, and he handed the Fusion copy to Argentina. Seems pretty obvious to me the plane is made by TMPro's contact in China and shipped to Argentina. I guess they thought no one will notice. Oops!

Can TMPro really sell stuff worldwide if they wanted to? I would not bet on it. Hobby-Motory makes it sounds as though they are a big player, but they are a small fry, in America and everywhere else. I would guess OMP or Extreme Flight sell more planes in a month than they do in a year. In fact, the only time I ever hear about TMPro is when someone is complaining about getting shafted by them.

Check the thread out on Nitro Models and QQ Yak. They just locked it down. One can cleary see it was a ripoff of QQ design.

Well who do we have here ??? whats your job at OMP who are you what TMPro planes do you own ??? Your nothing but a lap dog of OMPs you dont have a clue how many planes TMPro sells and you never will ! I feel free to say what i want as Dpfif will only remove my post he is on OMPs lap list as well! I think you would be wrong because if OMP is still selling Fusions made by TMPro they havent sold nuthin and they only make 50 edges at a time go figure thats not much to spruke about !

Hey Budd,

Thanks for telling us the truth and bringing so many well based facts !

since you are so involved with TMPro, its sales volume, its world wide distributors
I would recommand you to be part of TMPro accountings. it seems you have more info then they do !

I dont get why you believe people here are so stupied, anyone who view my user
can see my full name, can see I'm from Israel and nothing is hidden.

I wonder how your guessing's effect the disscount you get from OMP...hmm...

I also hope you won't have a chance to put your hands on one of TMPro designs,
when TMPro design and produce its airplanes, we don't target end users or dealers like you.

I ordered an EF Chinn Yakk this morning... And a Saito 72 to go along with it... Paid good money for both... I wonder why folks in other threads aren't calling eachother names? Names like "Lap Dog", "Cronies", or "Zombies"... I also noticed that users aren't saying that the other folks posting in those threads "need help" or "got issues". Maybe some folks in this thread are doctors, and we don't know it?

When some folks see a thread about their product or company going south, and they don't want to see the information spread further, they know they just have to make the thread about personal attacks, and the Mods will be forced to do their job. Pretty freakin' typical... But heck we are even insulting Mods too. Damn sure way to get a thread tossed out into cyberspace there...

I had a TMPro plane once... An Extra somethin or another...

Keep calling names Sean, the Mods will be here soon enough. Then this thread will no longer exist, and you fellas can try to sell planes some more...

Good job making it so that the Mods have to bury this entire thread now. I hope Danny is proud of you.

Deadset TT you are a winner !!! I have refrained from calling people names however, i think i am still allowed to make reference to peoples action because if you cant no one would be able to post ?? and that would make for a very quiet forum
TMPro trying to sell planes ??? what do you mean trying ??? so you are saying no one likes our planes now ohh thats right only OMP has the best planes ??? or is it any other plane but ours ??? either way why cant people make their own choice if your planes that you support sell so well why do you have to constantly try to bash our planes ???? I think you guys are the ones that are having trouble and ever since we have had a new dealer you guys havent stopped trying to discredit TMPro !

Just when and where did you refrain from name calling? And try using the "SHIFT" key every now and then. Maybe then folks won't misunderstand you quite so much.

Go back and read dude, you have been calling names this whole time. You are pushing this thread in the faces of the Mods. You are going to bring about a heavy handed delete. You know that. That's all I'm saying.

I'm not having any trouble at all. Anyone else here having trouble? Anyone else here posting in a fever pitch?
