I'll keep in touch Shesha. (that's a good nick name by the way mate). I'm liking the sound of that new track coming up next season. Unfortunately I'm not aware of any kind of club out here. I think the track is even just for general public use. Some of the regulars try to keep it up, but [&:]....it's hard for just a couple of guys to do that. I'm toying with the idea of trying to start a club, but don't really have a lot of spare time on my hands. As for the dove....I'll take my luck any way i can mate. It's actually gotten used to me coming out on the balcony. Cheers.

Ya it was a lucky shot all 3 of them coming around the corner, I really like the picture because the focus was right on, the colors of the buggys are nice, the spoked wheels look like they are in motion and the picture was at ground level. It just turned out nice,

Guess i'll throw in a pic of my 8ight, got it together quite awhile back and didn't get to run it for the longest time due to snow. Just recently started running it. Bought the kit, decided to go with the RB C6 BB motor, the T7 series, and it's stupid fast

sounds like a jato, unnecessary and uncontrollable.

but going that fast is fun, till you try and turn, do a cartwheel down the road and tear everything up

Thanks Reiko....

Slayerphonics....as always...stunning photos

Dirthead, thanks for the best wishes.

Here's how it went today at the races[&:]:

Nerves were well strung. Clean start for me, knew every one was going to hoone it down to the first corner and come together so i hung back slightly. 2nd corner, I'm in 3rd. [>:]Coming down the back stretch, I'm in 2nd. [>:](keep cool, breath....) Keep position for next couple of laps, even though I had some time on my back, so did everyone else. It was really evening itself out. Not one car didn't spend some time trying to get a tan on it's belly. The format was just one qualifying race (10 min.) then the A main (15 min). So that meant the top 4 from each race would move into the next A main. Having said all that, i knew I wasn't going to be moving on[]. I didn't have a pit crew[:@]. When the car finally ran out of gas, i ran down, filled it and restarted it. It stalled, restarted again. Ran back up the bleachers, and got on the throttle. Not good YANO...

Keeping all this in mind, I came in 5th and posted the fastest lap in my heat. She was totally dialled in and was running a treat. It was a great experience and now I've learned a bit more about this addiction. There's meant to be another race in 2 weeks........[>:]....me coming with a pit crew this time.

Got pics and will post on Sunday.
