It's not bad from what I've heard, but if you get bitten by the dirt bug, you'll probably want something a bit better sooner rather than later. I'd sooner recommend a HoBao Hyper 7 or if you can afford it, a Hyper 8. They are both great cars and raceable. I started with a Hyper 7 myself.

RTRs are ok for just starting out, but in the end, going the RTR route usually costs you a lot more in the end. With RTR kits, the servos and radio usually suck and you wind up replacing them soon after you get the buggy. The RTR versions of buggies usually have lesser quality parts on them too; and this causes breakages and such that require you to replace them. I know that at least some manufacturers use 6061 aluminum for the chassis in the RTR models while going with the much better 7075 in their pro versions.
Just be sure to do your research before you buy anything. With this hobby, it is often a case of pay now or pay more later.

Instead of starting all these threads, then try to read what has been written before.
Btw the engine in the rtr you look at is not a Go 7 port.
If you read and understand what has been written before, then you will learn that you should stay away from rtr's in general and especially low-quality rtr's like team vertex.

I guess that you are really young?
50 mph is not equal to 100 km/h. But anyhow this rtr will not go that fast unless towed behind a real car.
The speed of any buggy only depends upon the gearing and the rpm of the engine. If you have a high topspeed then you have slow acceleration and in a buggy you want acceleration. The topspeed are irrelevant.
You should do some research.

Fair enough.
You should look at a kit because then you can choose your engine and radiosystem instead of the low quality parts that often comes with an rtr. But if you get a kit then you are supposed to build it yourself!
A good idea is to find a track near you and see what kind of buggies are used there. Also look at what you can get parts for in your local hobby store.

Sorry I don't use messenger.
But take your time and look around. There is nearly six months to Xmas.
You can ask any questions here and I or someone else will answer them as good as possible

Thanks. Ill just keep using this thread.
So i need some suggestions. Ive used eletric alot but i just lost the hope with them. Use it, charge it , use it charge it and so on. So im into NITRO now
I need some Websites to help me choose a buggy thats in the UK unless its a American site that is V.Good and accepts £
I need a compitition runner that has a GO 21 5 OR 7 Port Engine. If someone could find me any website just now that will do a kit that will as Captain Firearms said let me pick my engine and radio system which would be Extremly helpful.
Thanks
Ryan
Also could anyone give me any types of ideas to help me look for what im looking for.
Im looking for a good fast one xD

The UK is expensive. You might wnat to look at RCmart in hongkong. you will pay shipping and most probably import tax but it will still be cheaper than buying in the UK. The best value pro buggies are the hyper 7 or 8 pro
Look [link=http://www.rcmart.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=420_328&products_id=21914]here[/link]
Remember there are 2 dollars to the pound so it will be half the price in pounds as listed in dollars plus shipping and possibly tax (you may be lucky though)
This comes with a hyper 8 port which is a very fast engine for begginers. You can buy you Gotech engine after if you still wish (though I have a hyper 8 port and its much better than most RTR engines)

....and guys, I know its easy to bash these young kids, but remember you were new once and probably asked 'stupid' questions when you started (I know I did lol).
Most people fall into the RTR trap first time out, so try and be a little civil to the kid.

bloodlezz, I apologize if I offended you. I thought I was trying to help. If you didn't want, or were going to get offended by, the advise that you asked for, you shouldn't have asked.
What is it with this forum? I've posted in a couple of threads, trying to share information so that others can benefit from the experience that I've had with this hobby. Whether stupid or not, I spent over $15,000 on this hobby just last year. I'm no pro driver, and only spend about a third of my running time on a track, but I have tried a lot of what's out there. I'm just hoping to keep someone with less disposable income from spending money that they don't need to. All I've met with is smart ***** responses from, what appear to be, "know it all" kids.
