Default cut-off wheel

I can't answer the first question but that cut-off wheel should work fine. You should be able to pick it up at wal-mart, lowes, home depot, etc. though. Anywhere that sells Dremel tools/accessories should have it.

Default No

No you would not cut off the pins because the flywheel should not be installed yet when you make the cut.

That is the correct cutoff wheel that you will need for the dremel tool.
If I remember correctly the engine should have instructions for making the cut.
Be sure to place a plastic bag around the engine, leave the shaft sticking out of the bag. This will keep the debris from getting into the internals of the engine.

hmm i had a recent experence with cutting a crank my self i HIGHLY suggest getting a dremel tool and some accesories for it it has a metal cutting wheel with some of the accesorie boxes

for cutting i just used the plastic bag the engine came in just pop a hole with the crank thru the plastic and cut but i would put your entire clutch assembly together and measure how much u need to cut off before cutting

I can get a cut off nut aswell. So you didnt have any trouble with the flywheel pins getting in the way?? I have a rotary tool already.
