This past Sunday 12-27-09 I ordered over $300 in items from them. Im a first time customer to them too btw. Today I expect info on items sent but I havent gotten anything. I have called them and emailed them but there is no response or getting through to them. To say the least I am a little bit upset and worried. One of the items ordered was a late Xmas gift for one of the children and they wont be here after next week. I really needed the items shipped out ASAP so we can give it to her. Not to mention the item I ordered for myself I am really looking forward to. At this rate it looks I may not order from them ever again if they have poor customer service and dont answer phones etc etc etc.

I've ordered from XHeli twice (Walkera #38 and E-Sky Big Lama) and both times I got excellent service and timely delivery. They may be short staffed for the holidays or may be catching up from a long weekend off with lots of orders. Good luck.

There are a number of people out there who have had problems with them, however I am more inclined to think it is generally a buyer issue. I have ordered about 15 times from them and only one issue. When I notified them of it they fixed it and I was back on my feet within 4 days. I tend to agree with Raycamaro and they are just slammed with the holidays.

did you for get friday was christmas? and a lot of places were closed for the holidays. and when they came back to work today they had 3 days of orders to process. be patient and I am sure you will me hearing from them. once the items have shipped. as far as reaching them they do not open untill 12 noon their time. I am in a central time zone so its 2 my time. they have always shipped promptly. I am sure they are running behind due to the holidays.

personally i have ordered from them a few times well and have had nothing but success ...had an faulty product once and they replaced no questions asked...but we are all humans - so i understand these things happening... i am actually waiting to see if they have any end of the year sales and will definitely order stuff from them.
my 2p worth ...hope it works out for you.

You have just experienced why I don't deal with them anymore. No response to problems. Once they get your money they just don't give a crap.

Well I am glad to hear some people saying good things. But for me its still hard to get a hold of them, on my order status on the page you check that stuff on in the email they send you once you place an order the spaces that have order status is blank and the tracking number info is blank. I ordered it Sunday morning its now Tuesday evening. I'm still worried. And its important to me as a customer to get my tracking info and to have things shipped out asap after I give people money for something. I have sold items on here and I always ship items out asap and make sure my buyers have plenty of info and know whats going on and respond to emails/phone calls. Its just good business.
