Well, interesting enough went to ebay and found a lot of 4mm air fittings.....apparently they are commonly used on aquariums, plenty of choices. Most suppliers, however, are outside US.
But......the takeaway was "aquarium supplies". Im sure they are good to 5000 PSI. :-)
Thanks Scott, it never occured to look under Festo.

Falconwings, word of advise,
after fooling with 3 different set of gear, from different GERMAN mfgs I can tell you you are better off getting them converted, I have used IQ Hammer, AIr Tech and Behotec 4mm setup... simply not worth it. They take way to much air you will be using like 4 tanks and unless the system is charged to the 90-120 PSI range the power of pneumatic goes down considerably.
On my tomahawk iq hammer gear, i was lucky to get 1 successful retraction and deployment this was with 3 large air tanks 4mm out put, 1 complete cycle dropped it form 110 psi down to 70 psi, I had to set the tam jets fail safe to 75.
The airtech 4mm were a little better ONLY because the gear were smaller, still 20-25 psi drops using 2 large 4mm out put tanks.
Down & locked conversions with there OVERSIZEd 22mm motor made all these problems go away, actually it was cheaper to do the d&l conversions then to buy electronic valves and sequencers, fittings, tubes, and gauges and fill valves.

Ok, this will really get your goat. Just go to alibaba.com, check festo, smc, pneumatic connectors. You will get to the MANUFACTURERS of these things. THEY SELL FOR PENNIES EACH FROM THE MANUFACTURER AND NOT DOLLARS!!! Sure, you have minimums, but if you use a lot of them for air or fuel, then it doesn't matter. If not, then get a group order together. One thing you want to make sure of is that the connectors have the four little barbs in the compression tube that will grab and keep your tubing secured. Shipping is nothing and can be here in a few days. Even with shipping, the piece might only cost fifty cents, that and a few days beats the hell out of buy it now for $2-10 for one piece!!!! Oh, they will hold the air pressure, I have one tank in my MIBO A-10, pump it to 150psi, and I get 15 or more gear cycles out of it before the gear slows down. Good luck!!!

Right now let me just say that I have doubts my airframe is worthy of an electric conversion. Not very sure what to expect of it at the moment. We'll see how it plays out.
