The problem arises when the pump is too far from the UAT, not between the pump and turbine. These pumps like to push, not pull.

This kit seems quite good and cheap if compared with the other manufacturers same kits. There are some disadvantages;
First of all the composite quality is poor, I do not know whether it comes from a weak quality epoxy or?? , paint is not good, mean the left side and the right side of the paint job is not same; left side is shining well, smooth but right side is rough. When I try to clean the fuselage by soft cloth left side is good , well but the right side is impossible to clean by soft cloth because surface is not shiny ,like sand belt
Also front side of the fuselage is week, the 1-1.5cm glass fiber strip on the side joint part of the fuselage comes out by cracking itself , I had to reinforce the inside as seen in the pictures because front /nose could not carry the battery tray with 3 ea battery(2 ea 3.300Mah LiPo and 1 ea 3.800 Mah LiFePo4 ECU battery), Also had to add 120-140 Gr weight on the nose to adjust the CG, also reinforced the stock battery tray as seen . Now every part is rock solid on the nose section and CG is set more easily , actually this bird needs a lot of nose weight.

JRDFA T14X4 Radio ,Kingtech K210 g2, JR8911 servos on rudder, elevon, canards, JR8477 on Vector thrusts , powerbox mercury srs etc. One of the good point is fuselage is 2 part and easy transport. Seems gorgeous on gorund and I am sure will be shinning when flying.
Easy to assemble, transport
I hope maiden will be easy and still be one part after the landing
Finally pilotrc wooden kits are the best around the world. This J10 is OK as well.

Default Nose weight to achieve CG ?

The carbon laminated formers are strong, glue joints are nice - no missed spots. The stock JP retracts are perfect. The controller worked everytime. My 2nd landing was a rather hard pancake - but the airframe took it well. No damage...

I have just added a smoke system with the stock 1.5L tank. Changed location of pump, UAT and removed 500g of lead from the nose. (factory CG is always too safe/too nose heavy)
How much total nose weight is required to achieve the recommended CG ? Can you show a plan view sketch or copy/paste showing the CG please ?

Hi all
I know these are built light, but how is the longevity of these airframes?
