You knock how much work is involved in building the Isobar and yet you ask Brian and myself if we want to sell our unbuilt kits. Not sure why, unless you are trying have someone give away their isobar for next to nothing.
The reason I bought this kit is becasue they look like a decent flying plane. I am not about to give mine away for peanuts. I will build it and fly it before I am going to give it away.

Brian, I posted price to build a kit a few posts back. Since you and I didn't discuss price on your kit, I'll assume you don't want to sell it.
Gary, good luck with your build. It is an awesome flying jet, but I'm afraid the value of building your own scratch built vs. the quality of what you can get out of Comp Arf and others these days, are at least in my opinion taking the value of the effort to build away.
I'd be willing to buy a couple more isobars for $500.00 a piece, for just the kit. But at a thousand or more, it's just too much effort to go through.
I think I documented enough in this thread to get anyone that has one going, I finished my build this morning, it is now in my trailer and ready for maiden some time next week. I'll post pics and such when the time comes.

I was leaning towards selling, but then you suggested building it for me. Sent you an e mail with some questions, got no answer, so figured out you changed your mind. In the meantime I got to talking to a very good builder who lives near me, and we worked out a tentative deal where I build the wings and some other stuff, then he finishes the Plane. An ideal arrangement. So it all worked well, and my Isobar will be in the air next spring.

Buy yourselves the beer as it was the pressure exerted here, on line. I actually did not go into work for two days straight (Saturday & Sunday) for the first time in a long, long time. Not that I had a minute for R/C as there was so much neglected stuff to do around the house. I can't wait for STS-121's SRBs to light and see Discovery rise off that damn pad, though it still is a long way away.
Thank you very much Sean for offering to do this. You are a great guy (even better than ET!). Take your time, put this on the back burner (pun intended). It will be a while until it can be utilized.

You must be kidding, I'm having an extra shelf installed in the trailer to carry this around, it will be flown several times on my equipment of course before you get your hands on it
Just send all you've got, have Eddie include any foam stuff he has. I will likely make you a new set of wings so you have the updated stuff.
After the last three years, you deserve one outstanding machine.

Mark...You need some SRB's attached to a Yard Pass so you can go play with the guys again. That's probably the only thing that will get you out of Slidell...!
