The manual calls for 25 mm for elevator and aileron functions. You need it on the elevator, but I recommend you double or triple rate the aileron for your first flights until you find out what is comfortable. I found 15 mm on the aileron was about right.
You will also need about 1/8 inch reflex on the elevons (up).
Have fun....great jet.

My Feedback: (540)
from the FibreClassics manual:
Elevator: +/- 25 mm >
Aileron: +/- 20 mm >all with 20% expo
Rudder: +/- 8-10 mm >
CG 100mm in front of the leading edge of the main spar
*************************
I use as high rate:
Elevator: +/- 18 mm ( but I have working canards)
Aileron: +/- 16 mm
Rudder: +/- 10 mm
all with 27% expo
my low rate is about 75% of high and 23% expo
