This creates confusion, as some have nothing but good to say, and others despise him. I haven't lost any money to him personally, as I'm local and well-known in the area. Also, I've never done any business with him (luckily), because I was warned by others in time... I could add a number of personally verified negative stories most of the locals are aware of, but I'll keep this short. My purpose in posting is to offer my assistance. I know where Dave lives and will be more than willing to organize a blanket party if he doesn't deliver on Wed. as promised. I live in the County where his most recent court case was tried, so I can easily contact his parole officer. It's best I remain anonymous for now, so Shirley won't see it coming. I couldn't help but seeing this article being in land rc dipping over to the plane section. It's one of the same when fraud is at at hand. Here I exposed this jerkling for what he is and fortunately got my money back.

He just does not look like the type, But I reckon neither did Ted Bundy look like the goul he was! Did not make good choices on the outside so now will have all the choices made for Miss Shirley on the inside for awhile! When you get some choices after you been there awhile maybe someone can send RC jet poster's for the cell wall!

This guy needs to make right what he has done, no argument there. I'm thinking law enforcement should do it tho. No matter how well intended this post to serve the interests of other modelers its just turnin into a flame fest.
Please shut this thing down. Persue it with law enforcement. |

He was always incredibly generous to me, re-building a wing for me at no charge and helping me out with some other things. He has taught classes on building to club members and just seemed like a great guy. But the facts are the facts and I don't dispute that he has failed to meet obligations to several people. It's very disappointing. BTW, I personally find jokes about prison rape very offensive and making light of a serious issue. Just me. No one forces you to turn on your computer nor do they force you to open a thread, if you find something that offends you then by all means just close the window, simple huh? Its Wednesday Hopefully Luckyy will hear a knock on his door with a delivery of his money . I sure hope so, I feel his pain as I've been ripped off by a SCUMBAG like david(or what ever his name is). And Joe C , Unless its an autographed Joe Pesci model ,I don't think a bat would work,perhap's a LONG flight of stairs .
