Been following this thread from the beginning. Were I a betting man, I'd have lost money on the outcome. It looked like this douchbag was going to okie-doke you around forever. I'm tickled to death that you got your money back, Luckyy. I'm disappointed though that this lying turd will probably get away with this bs simply by returning what was never his to begin with. Really guys.. Don't let up. Joe is one of the "GOOD" guys in our hobby.. THose of you that know him know that he would give you the shirt off his back.

I think Joe C has a good template to use to go after this guy now. Go for it man. Until he squares up with Joe this shouldn't be over. How long ago was this Joe? Not past the statute of limitations is it? I haven't had time to go though and read all of the posts related.

Are there any others who have been ripped off buy this guy? If so now is the time to move.

Be carefull with that money order..If this guy is that bad of a scam artist and actually does fake money orders, it will clear your account and show available, and about a week later they will pull from your account if it is fake..I work for a bank..Just a heads up...If it is a postal money order ( dont know if they go that high) those are usually safe..

Rape in prison is a terrible and unjust thing no doubt. But dude you have to understand that people here are just venting. Basically saying that the dude deserves what he gets. And that means all of the negatives of prison which can include rape. Sorry you don't understand reality. Your lack of it still doesn't change the fact that rape happens in prison all the time. And pointing out reality isn't going to change anything either other than possibly put the fear of God (or Big John in Prison lol) into these theives.

Minnflyer is right, I do think we all forget that the much younger then my 29+++++++ years read these! This guy needs his feet held to the fire and give back to the ones he stole from! I am glad that Bill got his money back and I do think it was to get this tread closed but this tread should stay up until the others get thier money back, So as in life when we drive[speed limits and stop signs] or any other thing we have rules to live by! Stop the one subject and lets help these fellow RC guys get back what is theirs and not Shirley's! Besides with this guy he has to know that prison with his wrong doings that he could end up there, And does not care so the band word does not apply here anyway!

But it is a tread about the same guy that has scammed others, So why start over with six other threads about the same guy? This guy needs to be stopped and so far this tread this one tread got a man his 5200.00 back, This tread is a success! I for one think the thread should help other as it did Bill! At least wait until Luckyy makes sure the check clears from Schwantz's bank and is legit. As has been posted, this could take a week. We've already established the guy's crooked business dealings. Might as well find out if he engages in bank/check fraud, too.
