we dont usually need a reverse unless it's straight against a wall.. damm i hate it when that happens. i usually just pusle the throttle until it has enough distance to turn out of it...

its not about not needing its about wanting. all my rc's have reverse b/c where i drive them if it gets stuck i dont want to have to walk forever to go get it everytime it gets hung up. usually if i just throw them in to reverse i dont have to walk out to get them.

hey guys im thinking about getting an associated monster gt 1/8 truck, do any of you know anything good/bad about this truck??
Been so pleased with my Savage the past 4 years I have never considered anther monster truck. As far as reviews I only go by the end user, as I have never seen a bad review where their main means of in come is advertising like RCU and magazines.

yeah i dont really trust this sites reviews either for the same reason

rapsucks: hey let me know how that lst turns out, iv wanted a 1/8 truck for a LONG time but i still havent narrowed it down to which one i really want i feel like a little kid that cant make up his mind, ive got it down to revo, tmaxx, savage xss, mgt, and lst and then since i dont go to my lhs that often anymore everytime i do go they have some cool looking 1/8 kit truck already built that i never seen or a brand i have never even heard of, so you guys can see what kind of dilemma im in, lol [:@][:@]

well im sure he wasnt ok with letting it go for that cheap but he doesnt really have a choice since i was the highest bidder and he didnt put a reserve price on it, oh and i didnt pay just $65 for it thats how much i won it for but the shipping was $20 so the grand total was $85 which is still a dam good price for a nearly new rc18t and new still in the package hop ups

I just bought a used mt2 and the previous owner said that he had just ran it, yet there seems to be no fuel primer on the tank. I tried to start it, but all it did was turn over.

yeah i had a savage i got rid of it sorta i sold it to a cousin but i use it more than he does. If he brings it during the weekend ill post side by side pics. I think the lst is a tad bigger maybe like 1 1/2 inches all around but i can be wrong because you dont run savage bods on lst's

you must have the 100cc tank that does not have a primer, all you have to do it cover the exhaust outlet and pull the starter until you see the gas in the fueline reach the carb but dont let too much fuel i or you will flood your engine and it will be really hard to start.. is this your firts nitro rc??

the whole reason i got into nitro was because with electric i always had to wait for batteries to charge and then i got 15 to 30 minutes of runtime then i had to wait another 4 hours for them to charge again, with nitro i just fill up and go. another big reason i got into nitro was because i loved working on my trans am but after getting married and having a baby i couldnt afford to modify it anymore so i downscaled

They all so make a 75cc race tank with out a primer as I have one in my HPI Nitro Rush, which is the same fuel tank as the MT.

I have seen the electric guys have their share of problems many times! It is really neat to see one going around the track and all of a sudden the battery explodes. They all have their pros and cons!
