Default The belly pan

This attaches with two brass pins up front and one screw in the back. Takes only a minute to assemble this at the field.

Default The front

The square piece glued to the firewall is actually two tapered pieces that set the right and down thrust. Centering the motor mount on this piece and then aligning the big hole perfectly centers the motor on the thrust line easily.

Default It hangs nicely on the front

Remember, the 1.10 is a direct bolt on replacement for the .91 with more 3D power.

Default Fits perfectly

Notice that I have canted the motor slightly. This will keep the Hatori flex header away from the cowl and allow me to keep the cowl closed.

Robert, the Funtana is sitting out this horrible winter but it still looks great. The OS1.60 FI runs great in it.

Default Big propellor

Here Syn90 sits upon our 3 x 1.5 meter CNC routing table. This table is worth it's weight in...er...balsa...no...carbon fiber mat.

The 1.10 will swing that 15" prop better than the .91. 3D thrust power!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice pictures, Mark !

I should have a kit on display at the JR IMAC Challenge (2/26 - 3/2) in Punta Gorda (West coast of Florida, under Tampa) with a YS110 as well.

6 kits are currently sitting in a container going to Central Hobbies, should arrive by the end of the month. Some are already sold, some are still available...
Did I say JUMP ON THE PHONE and dial 1-800-723.5937 !!! ;>)

Default Cool Pics!

Mark,

Thanks for the photos for the rest of us to dool! It looks perfect. I think this plane will set new standards for 90-class AA. Somehow I could not get myself to like the covering scheme, but that's another story. Let us know how she flys with the YS-110!

I wonder why ZN/CPLR did not design an airfoil stab for a plane this size? It would improve strength and appearance. And I notice that the YS is HARD mounted??

Hey Mark, you have too many planes!! If you run out of space to put them, just send them to meeee!!!

Matt
