I wonder if this fueding in China has anything to do with the lack of copyright protection????????????
What? Their whole market thrives on backward engineering. It's because of that, I can buy Itones, Mypads and Sonies! couldn't possibly be the case....but would be funny if that were true! lol How do you claim something that isn't yours?

Problems in China don't explain lack of communication from Bill, and don't explain why I didn't get an item quickly that Bill said was in stock...that said the biggest thing for me is that he refunded the money.

well good for you Mr. we dont know you from anywhere who has never once ever posted on here. i'm glad you got your money back. If bill didnot have it in stock fine, he should have said so. And i'm sure he did, which you probably forgot too tell us. and if Phil had it in stock good for him too.

OK. I feel I gotta update here.
Since my last post earlier last week I have had several emails from Bill.
He was VERY helpful, gave me several options, (including refund) and we finally settled on a KV-1 over the M41A3 that I originally ordered.
The KV-1 was actually one of my first choices, that or the T1 but price and research on this forum led me to the Bulldog.
He upgraded the KV-1 for free to super series as compensation for my troubles and said it will ship today or tomorrow.
I'll let you know.

Don't get nasty Panther G- I am a newbie with 24 posts, and I am just telling you my honest experience. Don't shoot the messenger. And no, I didn't leave any info out, you dolt. BTW I got Phil's parts already. THAT's service.

Is that the best you got. LOL.  Try a special order or custom  part from Phil and see how long it takes. I've been through all this before with all these venders. Most of us have. it happens. I assure you things are going to get more complicated and all of us are going to wait longer periods of time for many parts. yuo just dont get that fact that this is a part time gig for them all. Except Karen or Bob from ETO. You mean to tell me everything you have ever ordered over the internet came is one weeks time. not likely. My self, i know whats going on with bill and it is going to affect Phil also. many others I bet too. For every satisfied customer there is one dissatisfied customer. your never going to please everyone every time.  Good day too you sir and good luck with your project.

Hey wpm, welcome to the board. 24 posts isn't that bad, especially when Biggtony makes that many post in an hour Don't worry, there is no 'rule' or arbiter on this board that gets to tell you how long you have to be a member before they feel you can post about RCCommand but it does give you the lay of the land.

Glad you got some excellent service from Phil, I have too. Next step is to make it awesome and post some pic's

I'm just havin some fun, dont everybody go gettin your panties in a bunch. As I said If bill knew they were out of stock he would have or should have told you. that i 100% agree. It is very frustrating waiting for parts to complete a project, and I know this first had.<div> There is 1 thing you need to understand. It is common around here for the truth to be stretched about these matters and we have all seen it before. </div><div> There are people who are just not going to be happy no matter what the real situation is. Phil is a great guy and a good dealer. You have not had a chance to see it but Bill was and will be again in the future. there are things going on behind the scene that may place this whole hobby in jeopardy</div><div> when posts like yours turn up there is going to be some skepticism.</div><div> you never did say what part or vehicle that it was you ordered. It is relevant too the story.</div><div> now i can do this all day but feel like i can better use my time working on my tanks.</div>

Panther G,
You have too many tanks.
I can help. Box a few of them up, send them to me (I will pay postage) and I will treat them as my own children.
I promise to drive them everyday, to not drive them in too tall grass, clean their treads on a regular basis and to use them only in period specific scenarios.

Just remember wpm, quality always trumps quantity ... except for the T34. Oh, and welcome aboard here!

They told me " He who dies with the most toys wins " Well I'm trying. LOL<div>Again Mr WPM I dont really bash any one, just some dry humor. I know the feeling waiting for months nut just days for parts. These guys all do this in there spare free time, if there is such a thing, so try holding a full time job and raising a family and doing all this at the same time. It aint easy.</div><div> Steve from WelshDragon, has the best delivery times of ANY and I mean any supplier, BUT he too is often out of stock on alot of items. what can you do? </div>

Update for anyone that may care.
I received my KV1 today. Bill was very considerate to answer all my stupid questions and we were able to come to a happy ending.
I haven't run the tank yet (Why are all the batts in my other Tx's dead?) but as soon as my batts are charged I'll run it in the dark if I have to.
I'm elated yet terrified I may have another RC addiction- Cars, trucks, helis and now tanks. Maybe I'll sell my other toys and compete with PantherG for "He who dies with the most toys."

As I have stated I have just recently tried to order from RCcommand. No response whatsoever. I suggest if you want something from them you go through Panther G as he is the only one that seems to get his emails returned from Bill.
If your not willing to go through Panther G then I suggest you put a fork in this dead pig. Good god, Phil is so easy to order from, why even f with this?

Perry

Bill is a lot smarter than i thought he was.
