No i do not find mine under powered, on the sraights it just about keeps up with a s-25. The acceleration is good. I find i can keep up with some truggies and beat them as well, such as the stadium...

I own a revo and a savage, i think the revo is better as its actually been alot more reliable. The savage couldnt finish any races as the slipper melted the diff gears and cases went after 11 tanks...

Sounds similiar to a problem i once had as i started the engine reved it a bit and nothing, the clutch obviously wasnt engaging so i just reved it up a little higher after letting the engine warm up...

On my FG i had a KO receiver and the wire was far too short, i soldered another bit on so it stuck out the body shell and i have had no problems with it. You should be able to get some off your LHS

The breather is a pressure line and needs to be left on or the engine wont run properly, i beleive it keeps enough pressure in the fuel tank so the engine gets a steady amount of fuel and enough fuel

The swamp dogs, I would say are your best bet as they could run on any surface. They look like they would work well on sand too. They also are a very nice looking tire[8D]
