Did you remove the stringers from the turtledeck when you sheeted, or did you just lay the sheeting down over them and sand everything flush?

on the left wing half, the dihedral angle appears to be correctly set, with the "slant" of the root rib pointing towards the left wing tip. Now...

Do NOT apply sheeting to the bottom side of the wing...
