Yes, I'm using nichrome wire on this foam too. It gives a nice shiny smooth cut.

I obviously missed the remarks about Graupners new version of the Kwik Fli. I totally agree, Jeff's kit is far superior I bought one when he released the kit but so far I haven't had time to start...

It looks like Graupner are going to relaunch the Kwik Fli! Available in the UK later this year, I'm not sure about the US. It's an ARTF so not for the purist but worth a look.
