Kermit; i dont know where the deflault settings for the gain and proptional were can you tell me where yours are set? Using streight up as the 12 O clock postion.

Well I had to rebuild the whole chopper frame and all so Im not sure if its trimmed right, lost the vibs but as soon as I lift off I notice it wants to go to the right; so I counter with left...OOOPs...

Thanks again; I think Ill stick to the main skids I havent really lost it yet and finally got it airborne about 5 feet. But I was so freaked in the space of the garage I had to bring it down quick...

Thanks for the help guess it just akes time. Now im getting pretty good at holding the heli streight on the ground while it spools up. but it wants to go foward on the skids as it starts to break...
