After flying my Yak for a while.. I do have some things to say..
Don't put a big pack on them.. I was stupid and put a big pack
on this plane and it really didn't fly all that well.. too much...

The Competitor was a great heli in it's time and I'm sure would still fly good today. Parts are another issue. The GMP line was sold and eventually turned into PHI helis. A large amount of the parts...

Turns

Basically its a coordinated turn.

Add Aileron, little elevator, add rudder to complete the turn.

Too much elevator and the heli will stop.
Too much aileron and not enough elevator and the heli...

For futaba stuff I would go with 9001's or 9202's for your controls... that will do well in a 50

you can do 525 hitecs for throttle.. or even what you have not for throttle.. I like the higher...

Hitec Servos.

I have had experiences with the Hitecs.. yes they will work.. BUT.. I would never put the lower end servos in my machines other than on the Throttle!.. I have had centering issues with the lower...

If you have a pitch guage use it!!!!!!!!
Don't trust the guage on the side of the raptor..

Just use your pitch guage and use that for measuring for your settings..

This sounds more like interaction in the head that you should not have to mix out.. I would check your timing on the head and make sure your anti-rotation block is not out of time... a few degrees...

Yes I drill through the paddles... usually does not take a very big hole to do it though...
you could always try ZXX Paddles as they are very cut out and don't seem to have the heavy trailing edge.....
