Is the diff problem consistant right through the range of MCD's? or is mainly the sport model. I honestly think it would depend greatly on the driving style of individual and what type of stresses...

For me I like the look of the Hormann Truck, for offroad. A competition FG Racing Truck for on-road, mainly because of how damn cool, and different they look.
A competition FG Monster would be nice...

I am going to turn your MT tyres into onroad slicks, I have some guys at work that can lag the existing tread with a 3mm rubber tread, similar to that of Conveyor roller lagging, should be a good set...

In regards to tyres, I apply abit of superglue to the bead where it may be lifting and then overall with a smear of CA about every 3rd tank, just for the sake of it. I have never had a tyre spin on...

I had this problem initially with my FG. I found that if I scuffed the pads a little it helped and after sopme wear it become alot stronger on both sides.
I too have different amounts of cable out...
