Poly glue- polyuerathane (spelling) glue, gorilla glue,elmers ultimate glue and others.

Music wire has a higher tensile strength (not quite spring steel) a coat hanger would be considered soft...

Wouldn't it be better to cut one set of wings and then tweek the design till it was
as close to perfect as you were willing to accept, and then build 17 more copies of it ????

with kits around $65-75,
$60 for an engine
a $40 receiver
and 3 $10 servos which you more than likly have kicking around already

totals about 200.

Just wondering why you even started...

The SJ is a cast case, ie: molten alum is poured into a mould.
The BSE is a bar stock , ie: machined out of a solid billet of alum.
