Counter Gear

I was actually thinking the counter gear that meshes with the main gear to drive the tail belt. I know in other heli's, you can get different tooth counts (ratio's) to speed up the tail.

Since you have Futaba radio, I would stick with futaba servos and definitely get a futaba gyro.

I would use futaba 9001 servos or 9202 servos, and you could get away with a futaba gy240 gyro,...

Stick with the Futaba Gyro's. The GY401 / 9253 servo is cheap and a hard to beat combination. The CSM is also a good Gyro, but you need to be careful about the servo you connect to it. The 9253 is...
