The 90 or 120 degree is the angle the plug cap...

The 90 or 120 degree is the angle the plug cap sits on the plug.
If room in the cowl is tight, you may want the 90.
No difference in the ignition, just the plug cap angles.

I was carrying some left trim, so I weighed both wings separately. I added about 2oz. to the left wing, didn't make any difference to the trim

The plane flies so nicely that I'm not bothered by it...
