When I called XTM aka Global Hobbies I asked that question and the only similarities between the XT1 and XT2 are the servo trays and some of the body mounts .... The guy seemed well versed in parts...

I had a maxx with a dynamite mach .28,I used a dynamite pipe,Ive also used an OFNA hyper 7 pipe,Anything from an 1/8th scale buggy should work but you may have to come up with your own hold down...

I have no tuning issues except for the fact of having elevation and humidity to tend with When you have real performance engines.I have 9 cars and all run perfect.I think the 2.5R is a far from OK...

O.S. makes THE best all around motor hands down,but unless your Bill Gates I think buying a Picco is the next best thing in my opinion.I have a Picco .21 in my Revo and it seems very reliable tuning...

The TRX 3.3 is the only engine Ive had that ran flawless every time.I wanted to buy another but wanted to do a big block conversion with a Picco.

an O.S .18 would spank a stock 3.3,and an O.S. .21 is plenty of motor for a revo,its all about "usable power" if you put a huge motor in that truck all it will do is wheellies and will be no fun...

Well to be quite honest,I have been talking to someone at OFNA quite frequently,His words,the Picco .26 max is JUNK,they took way too much meat away from the block to save space and its hard to tune...
