They have actually made a couple changes to the SS...I can't remember what they are right now...not off the top of my head, but there were changes. Something about washers for the clutch bell....but...

Why should he go for something with less power? I started with an SS. As far as I am concerned, the learning curve when getting into RC isn't the driving, it's the tuning. More power just means more...

They are just some standard white LEDs that I had kicking around from a previous (non RC related) project. Each headlight has two LEDs, making for four LEDs total. It's just powered by a 9 volt...
