dual rate

on my dx2 I have a dual rate setting, what does this do, all i can manage to get it to do is increase or decrease steering travel, surely it must do more than that, thats what the epa's do dont they?...

You may have the 3d switch in the wrong position, be careful with that switch, diconnect your motor before switching it and check what happens to the pitch.

I thought it might be a backplate leak so i made a gasket and put some gasket sealer stuff on it and it still ran hot, I can't see it being a leak because its doing the same thing my first engine...

I think R/C just scares people off, how many times have you had some guy come up to you and tell you how cool your car is and how he wants to get one for him and his kids, then ask how much you paid...
