I had a similar problem, but only at idle. Once I revved it up, things evened out and I've flown it without incident. Is your vibe at all rpms?

Actually, I've worked things out. Prop was balanced, timing was dead on 28 degrees, no spinner, went with the recommended prop size and pitch, only had to lean it out a little. She smoothed right...
