Agreed, however if you are interested, like I was in Hoss quoting mis-facts, you will find out that many of facts on that document that Hoss posted were wrong.

In the last few years the AMA has both raised and lowered ad rates accordingly on their rate sheet, which is based on sales. Hoss now just wants to simply "demand" to pay twice as much as the other...
