RE: Tsunami Build Thread

Dad has coined this bird the Tsunami Nitro-R. It's powered by a Jett Engineering Sport .50 with tuned pipe and, though we haven't put a gun on it, we're guesstimating a speed of 110 mph. It's a real...

RE: Goddang Thermal cutoff almost made me lose it

Welp.... Spoke too soon.

RE: 3D Newbie Questions + Progress report

Sure I understand what expo does. I've done some experimenting with elevator to flaperon mixing and elevator to spoileron mixing and I've had some nice results. My harriers are getting better :)

RE: I joined the AMA.... now what?

LOL, just because I've been building and opeating for a long time doesn't actually mean I'm GOOD at it. Kinda like that guy that's played guitar for 15 years but it only marginally good? that's me...

RE: I joined the AMA.... now what?

I travel a lot and would like to be able to fly at AMA fields, take my plane on the go. That's pretty much it... I'm not good enough to compete, just want to fly when I want to, with as little hassle...

RE: 3D Newbie Questions + Progress report

Well the plane is certainly 3Dable. I just watched someone do it. So the problem lies with my technique. Although they did confirm that expo would be VERY helpful as far as my particular plane is...

3D Newbie Questions + Progress report

This 3D flying thing is challenging and fun, and I'm getting a kick out of re-learning how to fly in a whole new way. That being said, here is my progress report.

With my Electrifly Reactor Bipe,...

RE: Looking to buy a Tsunami Kit

Yes, one was mine and it got accepted.

A fellow named Al was the other offer. He was generous enough to allow me to win and that is just amazing. This hobby has the best community. Thank you, Al. ...

RE: Tsunami Build Thread

Yes, Juno RC stopped. He moved to Thailand and stopped kitting planes out. Let me know if that friend of yours would consider parting with the kit for an old man :)

RE: Looking to buy a Tsunami Kit

I'm still in the market for one of these kits if anyone has one. Don't be shy. I'm looking everywhere for one of these. It's for my dad, it'll honestly more than likely be the last plane he ever will...
