Ok, I just now measured the wing tips-to-stabs and vertical-to-stabs. Vertical was 15 1/16" each side, wings were 34 1/4" LH and 34 5/16" RH. Better than I thought, especially for a "foamie". ...

It's a good, solid ESC. Works fine for 28 pole motors, I used one on a Hacker A60-24s. I didn't have the programming card, as a result I could only turn the brake on or off using my Tx during ESC...
