Star 45

I just got done tracking the former's (no keel, or rudder) for the Star 45 in Autocad.
I can export them as a DXF file too.

I made them symmetrical by drawing half the former and then mirroring...

thank you for your insights on this bird. I am not going to jump right in and start this plane as there are some projects ahead of it (clean out garage, resetup work area, etc.).

GP Tiporare

I just picked up a Fiberglass GP Tiporare kit. Never build a kit with a Fiberglass fuse, any building tips of advice?
Like do I need to install bulkheads in the frame.

I have a plane that I got. It is built but the vert. stab. is broken up and I wanted to fix it but would like plans to make it correctly.

I have noticed that if you are following the instructions on the Fuse. you need to stop and fuel proof the fuel tank compartment before it is too closed up.

I do alot of CAD & CNC. We use Autocad2000 and all we do is make sure that every thing is zeroed on the Z plane and save as a DXF File. Then we just inport it to Alpha CAM and set it up on a sheet...
