RE: Saito 82

When I bought mine, my LHS guy removed the valve covers and placed a few drops of afterrun oil on each rocker for me. I don't think I'd put grease in there, though.

RE: AMA Video

I'm relatively new to the AMA (been a member for only 3 years), but I don't ever remembering them sending me any videos or DVDs. Did they only go out to "special" people?

J-3 Cub ARF?

I read some posts about ARF Cubs and found discussions about H9 and GP. However, if you look on the H9 (Horizon Hobby) web site, they don't show a H9 Cub. Do they still make one? Also, on the...

RE: Tricycle Gear vs. Tail Dragger

Thanks for all the comments. I do have a couple of tail draggers (a Twist and an Ultra Stick). After I bent in a little toe in, they became more managable. We don't have any grass fields out here...

RE: 9C--Where do I plug in my servos???

Krysta,

That sort of helps, but I don't know what you mean by "depending on my set up". I explained my set up in my original message. Hangar 9 Ultra Stik with 7 servos (2 ail, 2 flap, ele,...

RE: 6EAX radio Replacement

I recently upgraded from a 6EXA to a 9C. When I was using the 6EXA, I had a small kitchen timer that I used. In reality, I didn't actually "use" it, cuz I could never remember to start it before I...

RE: 9C antenna replacment

The newer models must be different. I recently purchased a 9C Super, and the antenna just unscrews and pulls out of the transmitter. I didn't have to open the case.

RE: I got the 9C Super yesterday

So did I! I opened the box and thought ohmygosh, I though this was a 9-channel radio. There are 2 sticks, 8 switches, 2 sliders, and 3 knobs on this thing. And the instruction book is a half inch...

Replacement Mechanical Retracts for H9 AT-6 Texan?

I've read all the posts about the crappy retracts on the AT-6, and the suggested "fix" by replacing the 5/32" with with 3/16" wire from Robart. But that still leave the problem of the wheels tilted...
