The CG changes with engine size, the book CG would be okay with an OS 40FX or OS 46AX engine. I recommend Flaparons if you have a computer radio. I built two of these and they are super flyers....

I have a Fun Star, it was easy to build and covering is very much like ultra-coat, it's tough. I used a OS- 40FX that will fly this bird vertical up out of sight, it will 3-D with 12-4 sport prop....
