I did follow SM manual oleolegs, but unfortunately there is nothing says about PC-21 pressure, so I decide to follow the F-16 same wheght, between 105-135. I did 110 for now, later will see OK or.....
Esterday she first time sit on she's legs.

My Feedback: (23)
With 38%-47% end points your aileron servo travel will have very poor resolution in compare to your aileron stick travel.
"When set up for maximum resolution(maximum end points), the control response is much smootherand more closely matches the precise inputs and intentions of the pilot "
http://www.rcflightschool.com/SetupPDFs/Resolution.pdf
Maybe if you try drill a new hole on your servo arm as closer you can to the servo arm center so you can increase your %-% end points .
The your Aileron feeling during flight will improve dramatically .

thank's for information, but we check aileron movement - it's looks very smooth (maybe it just first view). Anyway, will check these on maiden, in case will it be uncomfortable will rebuild.
So the PC-21 is not 3D bird, it's should flight as more scale. I hope everything be OK.
On my UltraFlash the same servo travel (39-45%) plus 45 Expo and I like she's flying.
The servo horn has maximum length to be inside wing now, with maximum possible hole from center for pushroads.
Kind regards,
Sergey

Hello Sergey,
actually the 3D planes do not have good resolution because of 3D setup. The best knowledge in resolution setup you will find it in precision aerobatic planes like F3A and helicopters.
When you have wide end points ,meaning wide servo travel in compare to the stick travel, then you can experience a superior feeling while flying the plane.
In the SkyMaster F-104 i did hidden links like you i drilled new hole on the servo arm closer to center to gain resolution.I attach you photo.
All the best with your maiden my friend.
Paka from Greece

HI to all,
Today we did weigh PC-21, dry weight with full UAT is 21 kg- well-fed bird :-) (take-off weight will be 22,5).
Frends, what about yours?
Also I think to add pressure to main legs, to be 120PCI (now 110).
Kind regards,
Sergey

Hi Mich,
i have a couple question:
- what pressure you put to your PC legs? (I'm afrade 110PCI is too soft)
- what is the dry weight of your bird (expecting take-off weight)?
Thank's
Kind regards,
Sergey
