Anyone wanting a screen protector for their PB Core, these guys do it and turnaround is good and not expensive - if you order 10 then spread the cost with mates etc.

You need to remove the gear/cog on the inside, by removing the 4 bolts (be careful as there are also some shims there), remove the festo fitting as well, then heat the whole unit inth oven to around...

How are people setting timers on the core at the moment - I normally use a switch (18MZ, CD-W) in ALT mode to start/stop just by pressing the button? I dont seem to be able to do that currently on...

it a lovely model and very easy, takeoff flap yes and as long as you have balanced to manual or slightly forward it will lift quite quickly. Just progressively open the throttle and let speed build....

was a bit limited that day flying as the sun was low and driectly in front of me which limited the flying somewhat. I'm loving the model and can't wait for the weather to improve here...

Sorry dont come on here often. Yes 1/4 scale and yes I had to make changes to the cockpit. Made the tubs deeper (-about 1 1/2 inches) plus made new ejection seats for it.
