You may want to upgrade to a 15+ amp controller. The 300 motors don't last too long, and if they fail your esc may see an amp spike which can easily fry the smaller controller. My original 8 amp esc...

FYI, The sub c's test out @ 1.16 /cell at a 30 amp load. mwhr's of 2950 to 3050. I was thinking of going to a 12 x 8 prop and seeing what it will do.

It is a pistol type radio with changeable crystals, adjustable steering rate and trims, and basically hobby quality. I'd guess it runs about 8 to 10 mph with 4 cells.

Fully proportional steering and electronic speed control. Great value for $50 on e-hobbies. Runs for 30 to 40 minutes on a set of 4 AAA alkalines, but can be made a LOT faster.

I,ve got the NSX with a 6 cell NI-MH battery set, oversize rear tires, and the rear tires moved to the front. It is WAY faster than stock. :D
