Yeah my Fastener Guy said that 5/40 was a little more common. I was thinking about tapping the hole out to 6/32 but with them being so close in size I wasn't for sure if I would have to fill the hole...

Thanks Ram Jet but the motor I have is the Enya 60II model 7032 circa 1966. The carb on mine does not have a choke. Although the 46 motor looks really intereseting and I will have to keep an eye out...
