I have harriered mine loads of times wing rock is minimal as I said a no brainer
Kane try using the rudder on a calm day you can get it to control line circuit whilst desending in a harrier.
Have you got a new wing tube yet? I would like to see the old one if poss.

cleared my workshop and started on my C140 today, fuse clips together great, but the sides were twisted from the way they were in the box. So I'm gonna have to jig it when I sheet the turtledeck to keep it straight.
30mins and I had all the formers in.
Will post some pics

any thing I should change for the electric version Dave, you still put the batteries in the cowling or should I put them in the fuse?
Does this make the plane balance ok still, was going to use a single JR8411 servo.

Right, set the fuse up all jigged on the work bench, goes together a treat!!! All clip clip glue. Seemed very fragile to start with, but then once everything was in it's place it makes a very stiff fuse.
Well here are some pics of it.

Now I dont want to get into pi$$ing match. I am not "bound" to say anything.
I have only flown one Funtana, 3 C140's, and 2 Majestics.
Nathan splitting the two 140's was a simple cause, and not necessarily one of model type so I am not sure that is a valid argument.
What did it was Nathans ability with his familiar model - by all accounts he has great skill.. If Dave had had the proper set of wings on his model and had he got to fly it more than a few days before the event it might have been closer. No I think the Freestyle Comp is not an indicator....
For me youve only got to look at it, not fly it. Knife Edge is an absolute stinker on this model and remember when a model knife edges like a bag of spuds it messes up LOADS of other stuff too....
I found that it was not as smooth as the 140 or Maj - it is a 3D only plane in my view - perhaps this is the reason for Nathans flying style with this model.
Its might just have been this particular one I flew but it weighed far too much as well - it looked like a great build and finish but was too heavy. I repeat I dont want to be critical to the owner - he's a bloody good chap, this is just my views on the model. I am fortunate to have been given a go.
Right now, the 140 suits me very well. On low rates I can fly F3a stuff nicely - it will not be as good as thoroughbred f3a machines but then it was never supposed to be. I can also fly it 3D and Fun Fly style.. it is probably the easiest plane to fly I have ever flown...
I look at my fleet of aircraft and realise all I really need in life is my chopper, C140, and a good shocky type model - that really covers everything I need to capture my interest and attention. As for Jets Mick - might be nice but I couldnt afford em mate and you know how Jet friendly our field is ! ... not...
I think the 140 is up there among the top in class... (daren't say its top !)
Beautiful Day here today..........but Capiche squad is grounded for now... so I get to blow the cob webs out of the other stuff ready for a show in Guernsey next weekend !
